With over three decades leading global teams across multinationals and startups, the part of
the job I've always found most rewarding is people — spotting potential, developing talent,
and watching someone grow into a role they didn't think they were ready for yet. That's
what drew me to coaching and mentoring.
I've worked across financial services, consulting, manufacturing, healthcare, renewables and
fintech, in environments ranging from large global organisations to early-stage startups, so I
have a feel for how careers unfold across very different contexts.
All sessions are offered on a pro bono basis — no strings attached.
