How is Greetsquare different from other job portals?
Greetsquare places greater emphasis on soft skills and cultural fit by using profile videos and richer personal insights, enabling more meaningful matches.
Is my data secure?
We take every reasonable step to protect your personal data, using industry-standard security practices and handling your information responsibly in accordance with our Privacy Policy. While no system can be completely risk-free, we are committed to keeping your data safe.
FOR CANDIDATES
Is Greetsquare free for job seekers?
Yes. The Basic plan is free and allows you to create a profile and upload a short introductory video to get started.
What do the paid plans offer?
Paid plans are designed to give job seekers more flexibility in how they present themselves, particularly through longer video introductions and broader visibility during employer searches. They do not guarantee interviews or job offers.
Are subscriptions automatically renewed?
Yes. All paid subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted access. Your payment method on file will be charged unless you cancel the subscription before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
What happens when I cancel my paid subscription?
Your paid subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, your account will automatically revert to the free Basic plan. Please note that Greetsquare does not offer refunds for month-to-month paid subscriptions.
How do I cancel my subscription?
- Log in to your Greetsquare account.
- Click on your user account (profile photo and name).
- Go to Settings and select Cancel Subscription.
Your account will automatically move to the free Basic plan once the current billing cycle ends.
What’s the difference between Basic, Premium, and Premium+?
The key differences across plans are intro video length and visibility in employer searches.

Will employers know which plan I’m on?
No. Employers do not see your subscription tier. They only see your profile content and video.
What does “increased visibility” mean?
Increased visibility helps ensure your profile is shown more consistently when employers browse or search. It does not override relevance, suitability, or employer preferences.
Why offer longer profile videos?
Some candidates prefer more time to express their story, communication style, or career goals. Longer videos are optional tools for deeper self-expression.
What happens to my profile if I cancel a paid plan?
Your profile remains active, and you’ll continue to be visible under the Basic plan features.
Who are paid plans best suited for?
Paid plans may be helpful if you:
- Are actively exploring new opportunities
- Want more room to showcase your personality and skills
- Prefer higher discoverability during employer searches
Is a video profile required for job seekers?
A video profile is optional but strongly recommended. It helps employers better understand your communication style, personality, and soft skills, creating a more authentic first impression. Job seekers on the free plan can upload a short video, while paid plans offer longer video options for deeper self-expression.
What should I include in my profile video?
Your video is an opportunity to introduce yourself—your motivations, strengths, and what matters to you professionally.
How polished should my video profile be?
Your video doesn’t need to be professionally produced, but it should be thoughtfully prepared. A clear, well-presented video helps employers engage more meaningfully with your profile and contributes to a better experience for everyone on the platform.
Basic phone recordings are perfectly fine, as long as the video is clear, intentional, and respectful of the viewer’s time. There’s no need for special equipment or editing — just a level of care that reflects how you’d like to be perceived by potential employers.
Do I need a CV to apply?
A CV is optional. While not mandatory, including one can help employers gain a fuller understanding of your experience, technical capabilities, and professional background alongside your profile and video.

What subscription plans are available?
Greetsquare offers two types of employer subscriptions, designed to support different hiring approaches:
1. Talent Search Plan – discover and review candidate profiles
2. Job Posting Plan – publish roles and manage applications
Each subscription is available in Basic, Premium, Premium+, and Enterprise tiers to match your hiring scale and frequency.
1. Talent Search Plans
When you search for talent, you will initially see a list of matching candidates with limited profile information (such as name, skills, and experience level).
To access a candidate’s full profile, you’ll use view credits:
- View credits are valid for the period based on the plan subscribed
- Saved profiles can be revisited anytime without using additional credits

Create an employer account, choose a plan that fits your recruitment needs, post a role, and start engaging with candidates beyond their resumes.
How do I contact candidates as an employer?
You can communicate with candidates directly through Greetsquare’s built-in messaging system. If a candidate has chosen to share their contact details, you may also reach out via phone or email.
How long does a job posting stay active?
Job postings remain live for the defined period selected. Employers may close or renew postings at any time. A record of past job postings is available in the employer dashboard for reference.
